Calixte de Tourris — independent product engineer

Most software ships late. These two don’t.

One agent running without you in 72 hours. A web app your first users can sign into in two weeks.

Book a free call

Thirty minutes, free. If it fits in 72 hours or two weeks, we start. If it’s bigger, I’ll tell you how many two-week sprints it takes.

01

72 hours

from $1,500

I build your agent / automation

Cancellations, scheduling, follow-ups, onboarding — pick the task that costs you the most hours. One channel (Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, email), up to two integrations, deployed with monitoring. Guaranteed to handle it on its own after 30 days, or I keep working for free.

02

Two weeks

from $5,000 per sprint

I build your web app

Auth, database, payments, one core feature, deployed. A product your first users can actually sign into — not a clickable prototype you still have to build. Scope agreed in writing before day one.

Add-on to either

I keep it alive and improving

Monthly, priced per scope

Shipped isn’t finished. New edge cases turn up, a tool changes its API, you want a second channel. The retainer covers monitoring, fixes and an agreed set of changes each month — scoped to what I built you, month to month.

How it works

  1. 30 min

    Call

You tell me which task keeps costing you hours. I tell you whether it fits a window — or how many two-week sprints it takes. Free, and you get the answer on the call.

  2. One page

    Scope

What’s built, what isn’t, what I need from you, what it costs. You approve it. The clock starts here — not before.

  3. 72h / 2 wks

    Build

I build it and put it live. You get a link to the working thing, not a deck about it.

  4. 30 days

    Run

Thirty days of fixes, included. After that the retainer, if you want it kept running and improving — otherwise it’s yours and we’re done.

The rules

Clock
Timelines start once the scope is approved and I have access to your tools.
Changes
Anything outside the scope is quoted before it’s built, never after.
Scale
Bigger projects are cut into two-week sprints, priced per sprint, scoped one at a time.
Payment
50% upfront, 50% at delivery.
Excluded
Custom design, native mobile and data migration aren’t in the base offers.

Next step

Name the task you keep doing by hand.

Thirty minutes, free, no deck. By the end of the call you’ll know whether it’s 72 hours, two weeks, or how many sprints — and what it costs.
